While our education and professional experience has certainly helped us build a knowledge base, it’s our years of personal trial and error that allow us to bring the BeBetter approach to you effectively today. About Me

Chad has always been deeply interested in why people do what they do, and how that affects their health. 


To better understand this complex problem, he obtained six years of formal education in Economics: the study of incentives and values - why people do what they do, and how people assign importance to everything they do. Additionally, this education provided him with the skills to research, understand, and clearly communicate, both academic and clinical data.  


Before, during, and after that education, from early in his teenage years to this day, Chad has devoted himself to understanding every aspect of physical health: exercise, nutrition, sleep, habits, and every other possible detail. He has done this through thousands upon thousands of hours of personal research, trial and error application in his own life, and guided implementation into the lives of others.


Chad also has the benefit, although at great expense, of vast first-hand experience in overcoming negative health events and situations. A competitive athlete growing up, he was faced with many injuries he had to overcome, from minor to career-ending; and as someone with a bit of bad luck when it comes to health conditions, he has faced years of numerous health conditions that he had to discover resolutions for himself, when healthcare providers failed.
